Longevity requirement: As a frequently used body component, it needs to have a closing and opening life of more than 100,000 times to reduce maintenance costs and enhance the user experience.

Long-life design: Passed stringent tests including salt spray testing (500 hours), high/low-temperature cycling (-40°C to 85°C), and mechanical vibration testing.
